Citi-DIC has the mission to provide cutting edge technology to improve the learning environment for people to upgrade and improve themselves.

Through our close contacts with school users, we are aware of the integration of technology with the learning process has the potential to increase participants' motivation and involvement in the process and thereby enhances its effectiveness.  In fact, Citi-DIC understands that the most important concept lies on the easiest way to use without any high demand of Information Technology (IT) background.

Infinity DLL series products were developed on .NET platform.  With the pioneered concept of self guidance operation interface, Infinity DLL was designed in a simple manner so that language teachers with non-IT background will find so easy to manage it.

In 1999 and 2000, we were awarded the tenders consecutively by the Electrical & Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) of Hong Kong SAR Government for over 230 Language and Multimedia Learning Centers.  Since then Citi-DIC becomes the largest company to provide the software digital learning system in Hong Kong. Up till this year, Citi-DIC has provided digital learning system solution to over 1,000 secondary and primary schools, as well as universities in Hong Kong, China and other countries.

Citi-DIC was also granted ISO 9001:2000 in 2005 which signified the high level standard of quality of our product and management.  Our first-rate products and service are supported by a global network of knowledgeable and experienced distributors. The company's headquarter is located in Hong Kong, with our branch company in Shanghai, Shanghai Sozi IT Co. Ltd. and offices in Beijing, Xian, Chengdu, Shenyang and Guangzhou.
