Infinity DLL provides a student user interface (SUI) at all students’ screens, it helps the students to be more concentrated during the class and indicates every class activity to be carried out. Every class activity will be indicated at the SUI, students will have patience to wait as they are aware of the learning activities when teacher prepare the materials.

Infinity DLL’s Instant-screen Transfer Technology (ITT) is able to broadcast the teacher screen of whatever format to all students’ monitor at the same pace, supporting real-time broadcasting of the Flash, PowerPoint, DVD and all other videos from teacher to students PCs; with the high quality of synchronized video at 30 fps and same resolution as teacher PC. 

Infinity DLL is able to mirror the seating arrangement, with easy expansion and modification capabilities. Indication of individual student’s help calling for teacher’s assistance is also provided with automatic priority, thus the first calling student will have be indicated as “1” and special orange color. Teacher will find it so clear to follow to help individual student one by one.

Teacher can de-activate the keyboard and mouse of an individual student workstation, and/or de-activate a group of students or students or the entire class. Those special keys, for example Ctrl+Alt+Del and other hot keys can be locked up. Even students turn off the computers and re-start, all the lock up functions are still active and the workstations are still under the control by the teacher.

The whole class can be divided into sessions, each session can have different learning activities. Under the session or whole class, students can also be divided into groups, each group will carry out same class activity

The teacher can scan and monitor the screen image of individual or selected group of student workstations in real time. The name of monitored student’s workstation will be appeared at the master console for teacher to identify easily.

Infinity DLL provides the tools to ensure that teacher can converse with individual student, or a group of students at any time via the headsets to provide necessary guidance or help.

The teacher can talk to the entire class, or to a group of students or individual student. The teacher can also listen to and converse with a selected student and participate in a student's activity.

The teacher can send messages to assist students with their work and the students can reply. The teacher can also initiate a text chat session with single or multiple students.

Teacher can highlight or underline the key words at the master screen with various color of the e-Pen during broadcasting the master screen to students’ monitor.

Teacher can check the application running at the student computers. In case of abnormal uses, teacher can prohibit the students from using such application.

The teacher can collaborate with selected students by accessing their computers to help with a task on the student screen and at the same time converse with the student.

The teacher can share the contents of the selected student’s screen to the entire class with the student’s voice.

The teacher can launch applications on one or several student computers, or start them on several student computers simultaneously.

Teacher can turn on or off all the students’ computers at the same time.

Without teacher’s permission, students are not able to access Internet with IE or other browsers.

For those AV equipment, such as CD and DVD players or projector, a control interface at master control will conveniently allows the teacher to control external program sources.

Teacher can send the designated web address to all students to keep students focused on teacher's choice of web based material. The teacher can browse the web in order to present the material while students follow this activity

Infinity DLL facilitates the student pairing and grouping, the pairing and grouping pattern shall be set by the teacher or be fixed in a programmed way. The identity of the student’s partners is shown at the student’s user interface (SUI). The grouping pattern can be saved for next lesson.

The virtual digital recorder located at the SUI is equipped with Audio-Active Comparative (AAC). The teacher can remote launch the student digital virtual recorders, and transfer the prepared programme to the student digital virtual recorder’s master track.

To motivate students’ conversation with other student, Infinity DLL provides Telephone Pairing, thus student is able to select the other partner by himself.

Each students’ digital recorder is provided with the programme track waveform indication and volume control, Students can listen to their recorded voices and compare them to sample material for intensive practice in intonation, inflexion and accent reduction. Students can play, stop, rewind, fast forward and pause a file and record their voices.

A waveform can be viewed for both the master and student tracks. This visual representation of the voice track allows students to compare their recorded output to the original or model track for detailed speech analysis.

Students can set and remove bookmarks that can be used to locate places in the file for review and additional practice. Ten bookmarks on the playback of the digital recorder can facilitate students to review examples of the target language.

The Recap function is designed to quickly repeat the previous sentence. Students can review examples of authentic or native speakers in the target language.

Students can adjust the playback speed of learning material if they are having difficulty following at a set level.

Teacher can set up the Translation mode of Infinity DLL to start up the practice of instant translation, session interpretation and instant interpretation training for students. The students’ voice can be recorded down and returned to teacher automatically.

Reading aloud is a useful way of practicing intonation, rhythm and pronunciation, and is ideal for students’ individual practice. Students read a text which is recorded on the student track, and then practice to improve their proficiency.

The Exam mode allows teacher to provide short test or small examination. Teachers will find it so simple to prepare the examination paper by scanning or uploading the questions with multiple choices. The teachers do not need to prepare the question one by one and put into a paper. The questions can be of any format, written text, figures or photos, voice, video, etc.

Students need to reply orally to test their speaking ability. The teachers can use a multimedia file including sound or video, or use their live voice through the microphone as a question, students listen and provide their answer by speaking. Both teacher and individual student’s voice are recorded down, which can be returned to teacher. Teacher can give the marking after having listened the student’s voice.

In order to manage the students to focus working on the same materials, teacher can open the Channel On Demand function, the specified content of video, audio and text are selected and sent to the SUI of students’ workstations. Students are forced to study these materials by themselves, they cannot go out of the SUI and watch other materials.

Teacher can provide limited freedom for students to access certain folder at the teacher workstation or content server. With the SUI, students cannot go around of the school network to access those materials not designated by the teacher.
